James has been in the aquarium hobby since 2018. He began focusing on Nature Aquarium and Aquarium Design, and has written for magazines such as the Aquarium Gardener Association's "The Aquatic Gardener" and "Aquarium Hobbyist Magazine".

He is sponsored by Aqua Forest Aquarium, the US Distributor of Aqua Design Amano. Previously, he was the US Ambassador for Wio.eco.

Besides curating a Nature Aquarium Gallery, James also produces content on Instagram and YouTube. He also sells plants, shrimp, and other aquarium products to promote the Nature Aquarium hobby in the Greater Philadelphia region. All are welcome by appointment to visit the Nature Aquarium Gallery in West Chester, PA.
